Vercadia consultants worked closely with the Hosting Operations and Engineering groups, delivering best practice recommendations for running Introspect, an Electronic Discovery solution originally architected by members of the Vercadia team.

The Vercadia team also co-architected Version 5 of Introspect. The focus of this release was on scalability and performance, supporting up to five times the volume of previous releases.  The team also developed a browser based client for an earlier version of Introspect.
