Elizabeth Peabody House was founded in 1896 in Boston as a memorial to Elizabeth Palmer Peabody, whose dedication to the care of children led to the founding of the first kindergarten system in America. The mission of EPH is to provide a broad array of educational, social and recreational services to address the essential and changing needs of families in the City of Somerville, Massachusetts and surrounding communities.

Solution

The Vercadia design team, working in a volunteer capacity with e-Volunteers, helped EPH to create their first public web site, building a simple, extendable content management site with ASP, XML and XSLT. Vercadia consultants recommended a hosting provider, designed, coded and deployed the site.
