Ellery Dyer

Ellery Dyer has been a pioneer in the discovery management arena. His experience began with the development of a custom litigation support application for the Orange County bankruptcy in 1995.

Prior to co-founding Vercadia, Ellery played a variety of leadership roles in the development of the ZANTAZ Introspect discovery application from its inception. He has been directly involved in the planning and execution of myriad discovery solutions ranging from straightforward to very complex. By collaborating with clients and colleagues, Ellery has developed methods which materially reduce discovery costs, delays and errors.

Kenneth Pardee

Kenneth Pardee is an experienced software architect, project manager, and developer with over 20 years experience building and implementing discovery and content management systems. As a founder, Ken has been responsible for building Vercadia into a successful software consulting business with clients such as ZANTAZ, Berkeley Systems, Leapfrog, and The Ergo Group.

Prior to growing Vercadia, Ken was a partner at Steelpoint Technologies responsible for the West Coast operations and spent several years as an analyst and project manager at Logica.

Christopher Steele

Chris Steele is a software architect with over a decade of experience building workflow systems, content management systems, and litigation support products.  With a focus on web-based solutions, Chris continues to deliver robust, scalable applications and support tools.

Prior to co-founding Vercadia, Chris had led and developed on teams for software applications as varied as a website development automation system, software development tools and workflow framework applications.

Michael Trachtman

Mike Trachtman is a software architect with 14 years of experience building innovative discovery management solutions. Prior to co-founding Vercadia, Mike was the lead architect for ZANTAZ Introspect from its inception in 1995. Mike contributed extensive technical and project management skills to the engineering and implementation effort.

At Vercadia, Mike has worked closely with ZANTAZ' Hosting Operations, Professional Services and Engineering groups, delivering and implementing best practice recommendations for optimized user experience.
